Ansel and his family moved to Muhlenberg County from Christian County, Kentucky after the Civil War. He owned a 50 acre farm, which was sold at his death to G. Eaves, his family continued to live on the farm. . .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scott Uzzel Uzzle, son of Thomas Martin Uzzel and Martha Patsy Mercer on December 26, 1870 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky10<\/sup>. He was born in 1847 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. He died in March 1876 in Kentucky11<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ii. JOHNATHAN G. T. MATHENY4, 12<\/sup> was born on December 27, 1852 in Christian County, Kentucky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

iii. JOHN B. MATHENY3, 4<\/sup> was born about Abt. 1853 in Christian County, Kentucky. He died on June 24, 1854 in Christian County, Kentucky13<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

iv. MELISSA ANN MATHENY1, 3, 4, 5, 14, 15<\/sup> was born on November 13, 1856 in Christian County, Kentucky6<\/sup>. She died on April 10, 1928 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky (Greene Cemetery, Graham, Muhlenberg County, Kentucky6<\/sup>). She married Shadrack M. Uzzel, son of William Jackson Uzzel and Elizabeth Loney on December 21, 1871 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky16<\/sup>. He was born on January 25, 1854 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. He died on June 04, 1894 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky (Greene Cemetery, Graham, Muhlenberg County, Kentucky6<\/sup>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He married (2) BLANCHE FORRESTER, daughter of Tiberias Forester and Miltada Ann Spinks on February 11, 1897 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky16<\/sup>. She was born on October 31, 1877 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. She died on April 23, 1952 in Madisonville, Hopkins County, Kentucky (Mercer Cemetery, Earles, Muhlenberg County, Kentucky22<\/sup>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
