She married Edward Jarvis, son of John Jarvis and Unknown on September 11, 1824 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky^{2, 4, 5}. He was born on July 31, 1763 in Edgecomb County, North Carolina. He died in February 1834 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky.

Edward Jarvis and Mary Forrester had the following children:

i. SUSAN² JARVIS^{6, 7, 8, 9} was born on March 30, 1825 in Kentucky¹⁰. She died on June 26, 1888 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky (Fairmount Cemetery, Central City, Muhlenberg County, Kentucky¹⁰). He was born on February 24, 1819 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky¹⁰. He died on May 11, 1891 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky (Fairmount Cemetery, Central City, Muhlenberg County, Kentucky¹⁰).

ii. EDWARD EDMUND JARVIS JR.^{11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16} was born in August 1830 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. He died in 1910 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. He married AMANDA CATHERINE MERCER. She was born on August 14, 1832 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. She died on August 16, 1892 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky (Mercer Cemetery, Earles, Muhlenberg County, Kentucky¹⁷).

iii. NANCY JANE JARVIS^{1, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23} was born in May 1830 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky^{19, 22, 23}. She died after Aft. 1900 in probably-Hopkins County, Kentucky¹⁹. She married (1) GILLIS B. SPINKS, son of William Spinks on August 30, 1850 in Kentucky¹⁸. He was born in 1829 in Kentucky. He died on August 19, 1858 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. She married (2) LEWIS STANLEY on March 06, 1860 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky²⁰. He was born about Abt. 1837 in Kentucky.
